The island is full of family-friendly amenities as well as lots of outdoor activities like riding a jet ski and parasailing. The sand on the island seriously reminds me of powdered sugar. Siesta Key is known for its dazzling quartz sand and turquoise waters. This area has some of the top beaches in Florida.
Siesta Key Public Beach has been named the best beach in the United States – twice! The beaches are dreamy and there are so many fun things to do in Siesta Key, Florida. It is a charming yet quirky barrier island full of shops, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. During our time in Florida, we spent time in Siesta Key as well as nearby Caladesi Island.
